Las Niñas de Guatemala is a project that offers expression and movement workshops for girls, adolescents, and women, with the intention of providing tools for empowerment, healing, and strengthening the connection to their bodies and to themselves.

The 2024 format is specifically designed for women with disabilities. Its methodology draws from political art and the Mayan cosmovision, sharing tools for practicing consent, sensory stimulation, leadership development, and strengthening self-expression as a contribution to advancing sexual and reproductive rights in Guatemala.

Las Niñas de Guatemala develops proposals for individual and collective, intergenerational transformation through art and the integration of various comprehensive support methodologies grounded in a feminist approach.

These methodologies are adapted and contextualized to foster a genuine process of learning, self-knowledge, transformation, and both individual and collective healing. We aim to contribute to the reclaiming and honoring of the bodies and decisions of girls, adolescents, and adult women through art and political advocacy rooted in their own lived experiences!
